Description
University of Rawalpindi is seeking a proactive, mature, and well-organised professional to manage institutional coordination, official documentation, compliance matters, and engagement with external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBLITES:
- Manage official correspondence, institutional submissions, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the timely provision of required records, information, and supporting documents.
- Maintain an updated tracker of pending matters, deadlines, submissions, observations, and required actions.
- Liaise professionally with external offices, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and visit relevant offices as required for institutional coordination and follow-up.
- Prepare status reports and concise briefs for senior management.
- Support matters involving formal procedures, approvals, inspections, and institutional requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of official records.
Requirement
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognised university.
- A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Management, Law, Public Policy, Education Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in institutional coordination, compliance, university administration, public-sector coordination, official documentation, or a comparable role.
- Experience in a university, public-sector organisation, autonomous body, professional organisation, or another formally regulated environment will be preferred.
